Volume and unctuousness. A white wine with body and a lot of ageing potential. Ripe and tropical fruit, soft toasted, citrus, with a background of butter and a fresh finish with notes of nuts.

24h maceration with the skins and 60% of the wine aged 8 months in large French oak barrels.

Elaborated in concrete to look for the essence of a variety as delicate as the Trepat. Energetic and crunchy; it has a lot of freshness and it is long and persistent. Red fruits, spices and undergrowth. We hardly notice the tannin, pleasant and easy to drink.

PEP it’s a wine of Trepat that comes from the grapes of Vinya de la Rovina, which are 80 years old. PEP’s name is in honor of Josep Maria Foraster Civit (to whom everyone named “Pep”) founder of our cellar. This name is also in honor of Pep, the little one of the family.  We find 1100 hectares planted  from Trepat in the world, of which 1015 are planted in Conca de Barberà.

The social entity APRODISCA (Asociación Pro Personas con Disminución Psíquica de la Conca de Barberà) and Celler Mas Foraster have signed a collaboration agreement, for which Celler has produced this wine with a label designed by one of the boys of the occupational service. For each bottle sold, Celler Mas Foraster makes an economic contribution to the entity.
